What does hypnosis actually feel like?

Does Hypnosis involve a loss of control?
Not at all—it’s actually about taking control back. You’re fully aware and in charge the entire time. What hypnosis does is help you access and change the unconscious patterns that have been controlling your fear response. Think of it this way: right now, anxiety is in control. Hypnosis puts you back in the driver’s seat.
Will I remember what happens during the session?

Can I be hypnotised?
